If you have a voucher, you can conveniently register your visit by sending an SMS to the number 881 188 199 providing the following data: [Name and surname], [e-mail address], [voucher number or reservation number or security code if it is Groupon], [date and time of visit] and [location]. We are a large salon with multiple locations, so you don't have to worry availability, you just enter the date and time that suits you. You choose the location according to Your preferences, you don't care about what you see on the Voucher. If by some chance we can not do reservation for you at your preferred time, we will contact you.

Remember:

1. Please note that the voucher visit cannot be booked via Booksy.

2. Remember that the voucher visit cannot be canceled via Booksy - please call number 881 188 199. Vouchers are used during the visit, so arbitrary deletion will result in loss of the voucher and inability to re-book.

3. Remember that you can cancel your visit 48 hours before the procedure - this is very important we're keeping an eye on it!

4. Remember that we do not refund money for a lost voucher.
