If you have a voucher, you can conveniently register your visit by sending an SMS to 881 188 199 with the following information: [First and last name], [email address], [voucher number or reservation number or security code if it's Groupon], [date and time of the visit], and [location]. We are a large salon with multiple locations, so don't worry about availability – just provide the date and time that suits you best. Choose the location according to your preference, regardless of what is written on the voucher. If for some reason we are not available at your preferred time, we will contact you.

Remember:

1. Please note that voucher appointments cannot be booked via Booksy.

2. Please note that voucher appointments cannot be canceled via Booksy - please call 881 188 199. Vouchers are used during visits, so unilateral cancellation will result in the voucher being voided and rebooking will not be possible.

3. Remember that you can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the procedure - we enforce this strictly!

4. Please note that we do not refund lost vouchers.
